The name "Dear Mierre" holds a special place in our hearts; "Mierre" is our online pet name, and adding "Dear" was a way to infuse that personal connection and warmth into our brand, reflecting the heartfelt care we put into everything we create.
Dear Mierre began as a simple joy, a personal passion for baking that filled our home with sweet aromas. What started as baking for fun, experimenting with flavors and perfecting recipes, soon evolved into something more. As a self-taught, home-based baker, I found immense satisfaction in crafting customized cakes that brought smiles to faces.
Our journey expanded when I discovered the art of making coffee using a moka pot. The rich, aromatic brews quickly became another beloved offering, complementing our baked goods perfectly. We've been a two-person team from the start – my boyfriend and I, working side-by-side to bring Dear Mierre to life, still operating from our home and serving our wonderful customers online.
It's our dream to one day open a small, cozy physical cafe, a place where our community can gather, share stories, and enjoy our treats in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Until then, we continue to pour our love into every order, bringing a piece of our dream directly to your home.

Hi, I'm Jusmin Kate! What started as a fun hobby of baking and experimenting with flavors in my home kitchen grew into the wonderful journey of Dear Mierre. I'm the self-taught baker behind all our customized cakes and the one who ventured into crafting our delicious moka pot coffees.
